8 day full body detox retreat

Detox Wellness Retreat with Lara Mirnik, BA Organiser of wellness services and MA Psychology offers an 8-day full body detox with Clay or Aloe vera, retreat in an old tourist town called Radenci where Dr. Karl Henn has in the year 1833 found mineral water springs. My peaceful town Radenci, where I settled in my adult life, has a lot of history and wonderful nature.

Our physical detox program offers you:

1. To detoxify your body with clay or aloe vera, which you take internal and external

2. To release toxins out of your body to a greater extent, than the normal function of the body

3. Physical therapies : fitness in combination with swimming in a mineral water pool / pilates / sauna / step aerobics / hike to the waterfall

4. Detox food (warm soups, teas..) with fresh vegetables, fruits

5. Personal trainer and a consultant will follow you all the way in your progress with charts, ideas, and motivation

6. For calming the body and the mind you will have spiritual activities: crystal meditation, guided visualizations

7. For fun and sightseeing, tour guide will take you to 2 towns: Maribor and Lendava on 2 different trips. You will visit an old castle from the 14. century, climb a tower, visit a museum and much more.

8. Extra therapies in your free time (additional payment): full body clay bath, full body clay wrap, full body massage with essential oils, crystal bed and more. (ask for the price list)

We are open all summer from May to September. You arrive on Monday and leave on Monday. You arrive on Monday anytime after 2 PM and you leave on Monday anytime before noon (or by agreement).

This package is for 7 nights/8 days, but you can also come for a weekend detox, from Friday to Monday.

If you don't wish to detox with clay or aloe vera, you can drink mic herb tea, which help to detoxify toxins.
